 It is believed that a good sight is a huge asset in the pursuance of every vision as in a saying ‘Good vision (Sight) help Visions’ However, it is quite unfortunate that most of human endaevours threatens the health of the eyes i.e. the seat of vision.

It is important to emphasize that every workplaces is associated with a level of risk that impairs our well-being. It becomes momentous to pay attention to proactive remedial actions for preventions and repairs as the case may be with varying risk. This post is to address a common risk with OUR SIGHTS.

Workplaces (for example welding, wood carving, furniture making, exposures to screen as obtained in banking jobs, reading  and lots) from surveys are the victims of this sight risk and the following tips will help salvage the situation.

Vitamin A (Carotene and Derivatives) is the essential micro-nutrient efficient for prevention and correcting sight defect, the immune system, and many other functions of a healthy body .Patients with sight issue are placed continually on medications and diets rich in this vital vitamin. However, a daily culture of feeding on fruits and veggies heavy with the vitamin will prevent  and correct as the case may be especially for people the associated sight-risk at workplaces.
